China successfully launches its Shenzhou-22 spacecraft.

The uncrewed Shenzhou-22 spacecraft was successfully launched into orbit today. It is carrying supplies for the astronauts currently aboard the Tiangong space station. According to the China Manned Space Agency, this is the first time the country's manned space program has conducted an emergency launch mission.
