José Antonio Kast has a strong chance of becoming Chile's next president. The candidate in the runoff election reiterates that he will not regularize the situation of certain undocumented migrants. "My vote will be for José Antonio Kast," said Edgar Casanova, a 31-year-old Venezuelan citizen eligible to vote in the second round of the Chilean presidential elections, scheduled for December 14. Despite Kast's assertion that all undocumented migrants in Chile, most of whom are Venezuelan, must leave or face deportation, many other Venezuelans will follow his lead.
